Vintage 20s Silk Velvet Flapper Dress with Drop Waist and Side Drape B36 38 T80

Lovely 20’a silk velvet drop waist dress in a print of coral/rust color with black, brown and khaki. Modified cowl neckline with twisted knot. Hip band has a knot with a sharp drape effect.
Long sleeves taper at wrist and have snaps to close.
The back looks very chic with a half drape.
Bodice of dress is partially lined in a cotton mesh.
Very chic dress for the flapper in you.

Condition:
For its age the dress is in excellent condition, but it has 2 repairs (see pictures 1st picture is sleeve).
One is on the flap in back that has been repaired and one is on the lower right sleeve. These have both been reinforced and are not very visible. The repair on the back drape disappears into the folds. I'm not sure why these spots split, but the fabric is very strong and not failing with no dry rot.

It is always best to measure an item that fits you well and compare. I measure from side to side and then double for bust, waist and hips (7 inches down from waistline). Bodice length and total length are from top of shoulder down. Please email me if you have any questions.

While I am very careful to note each flaw found on and item, I do recognise that even I make mistakes, so of course I am happy to accept returns on any item that is not as described. These items will be issued a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping cost) or a store credit at the discretion of you the customer.

I DO NOT guarantee fit, nor accept returns based on fit, so please be aware of what measurements will fit you. If you wish to return an item, you will need to contact me within 3 days of delivery to see if I will accept your return. Items must be returned within 7 days with delivery confirmation.
Returned items will be issued a full refund (minus shipping fee) if I made a mistake, as long as they are returned in the same condition as received.

Returns accepted for other reasons will be subject to a 30% restocking charge and issued a store credit as long as they are returned in the same condition as received and unworn.
Please be careful when trying on your new garment as a cleaning fee will be deducted from your refund for anything sent back with perfume and smoke, or any kind of stains.

Shipping costs have been sharply raised by the US Postal system. In an effort to serve my international buyers I will ship in Tyveck envelopes via first class whenever possible.
